It's unusual to find coffees from individual producers in Ethiopia.
The system of smallholder farmers who bring their cherry to washing stations for processing is how 95% of coffee is processed there.
This past season, we were lucky enough to find this coffee, certified organic, produced on the farm of Yidnakachew Dabesa, in the Limmu region of Ethiopia.
The coffee is extremely floral, with notes of peach candy, lemon, and earl grey tea.
