Our espresso blend is an evolution in our quest to find a delicious, balanced, sweet espresso that tastes delicious on it's own or with milk. We aim for a shot that has notes of chocolate, caramel, with a top note of citrus. The components of our espresso change with the seasonal availability of coffees.
Our current recipe is 19g in, 38g out, in 27-30 seconds @ 200F
Currently, our espresso is a blend of 50% Sette Cachieros, Brazil, 50% Colombia Tarqui
We recommend a dry dose of 19-20g with a yield of 40-45g of liquid in 27-30 seconds.
