This coffee is a stunner.

With notes of raspberry, peach, rosewater, and cocao, every nuance that makes a great Ethiopian coffee can be found!

From the region of Gore, Illubabor, the Sorgeba Co-operative produces coffee from its 150 members.

Supported by the NGO, Technoserve, they've installed mechanical depulpers at their wetmill to reduce their wastage of water. This has resulted in enormous improvements in quality.
