We haven't delved too far into Honduran coffees in the past years, only because our focus has been so heavy on Guatemala. This year, our friends at Shared Source offered us this tiny little gem, from Clemente Correa, whose farm lies at 1680m in San Jose Los Andes, which is within the region of Santa Barbara. This region is renown for Honduras's most sought-after coffees.
