Like last year, we’re using a specifically selected lot from Finca De Dios, in Guatemala. We loved how the La Perla lot had a sweet body with peach and citrus tones to it.
We think this coffee embodies the comfort of the season. Our aim was to apply as much development for body and sugars, without adding "roast" flavour!
