Kochere is a fairly large region in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia.
When we first received this coffee in July of 2018, it was very fresh tasting, and almost seemed as though it needed to open up over time.
After waiting 7 months, this classic Yirgacheffe-profile coffee is delicate, vibrant, and very very sweet. It’s amazing that it’s at its peak 16 months after harvest.
