We're excited to be one of very few roasters to have an opportunity to offer this amazing coffee.

Ricardo Zelaya planted his Geisha variety plants on his farm, Santa Clara, 3 years ago. This is the first year of productivity for these plants and we're so excited with how it's progressed.

The Geisha coffees we've tried that have come out of Panama are distinct with perfume elements of citrus, flowers, and peach. The Geisha that is produced at Finca Santa Clara is full of jasmine, bright lemon, cocao, and ripe nectarine. The layers of flavour are so pronounced and delicate.

We liken this coffee to the most delicate of Yirgacheffe coffees of Ethiopia, matched with the structure, body, and sweetness of the best Guatemalan coffees.
