This is the second time we’ve purchased coffee from Edilma Piedrahita, who is the founding member of the group Los Guacharos, in Pitalito, the southern coffee hub town in the department of Huila, Colombia.

Bourbon Aji is a mutation variety from Pink Bourbon (neither of which actually share bourbon genetics, but hey…) that has been planted recently due to it’s expressive and distinct flavour characteristics.

This coffee is incredibly complex, sweet like yellow tropical fruits, with an acid and viscosity like limoncello.

Due to the tiny amount we were able to purchase, we are only offering it in 300g bags. Enjoy!
