Located in the coffee growing region surrounding the town of Bruselas, in the south of Huila, this producer group, Los Guacharos, is comprised of 7 members.

This is a blend of Pink Bourbon submissions that, individually, weren’t large enough lots to make independant lots, so they were blended to make this lot. In many cases, blends like this make the sum of all parts a more balanced and sweet coffee.

This coffee is lively, with an acidity of pink lemonade, a sweetness of brown sugar, and a body of stone fruit and chocolate. If you love Kenyan coffees, this coffee, despite being from Colombia, checks every box that they offer.
