Specialty coffee in Mexico’s south has been growing steadily for the past decade.

The importer, Red Fox Coffee, has been working on organizing a group of smallholder producers in the regions of Oaxaca and Chiapas.

This coffee is a mix of lots from smallholder producers whose farms are in the muncipality of La Cañada, Oaxaca.

This coffee is intensely sweet, with notes of caramel, plums, vanilla cookie, and milk chocolate.
