Gicherori Peaberry - Kenya
Gicherori Peaberry - Kenya
from CA$23.00
Gicherori is a washing station, or factory, located on the southern slope of Mt. Kenya, in the county of Embu. It is owned by the Kibugu Farmers’ Cooperative Society, of which consists of 1100 members.
This is a peaberry sort, which are the tiniest little round beans. We find that peaberry lots have intense acidity and very pointed flavours.
This particular lot has notes of yellow fruit, citrus acidity, and a sweetness of red currant.
