Located essentially right downtown Antigua, Guatemala, Ricardo Zelaya’s farm, Santa Clara, produces coffee that we rely on year after year for consistently fantastic coffee.

This particular coffee is a selection of Bourbon variety, grown on the some of the steeper slopes of Santa Clara farm, faces Agua and Fuego volcanos.

This coffee is full-bodied, with notes of brown sugar, nectarine, and dark chocolate.
